Return policy
We want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase here at Red Garage, yet we understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this as best we can. Please read and understand the following guidelines regarding returns:
Purchases may be returned or exchanged if you notify us within 15 days of receipt. You must call or email Red Garage to obtain a return authorization number. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without authorization. Pruchaser is responisible for all shipping charges in both directions. Insurance is recommended on all return shipments. Items returned must be unused, in sellable condition and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued in the same method that original payment was made.
All sales of holiday items are final and may not be returned.
There are no returns on special sale items or custom orders.
